Privacy Notice
Plain language, no surprises. This describes what BuyerPilot stores and why.
What we store
- • Your account email and, if you provide one, a first name.
- • The homes you save and everything you record about them: notes, showing checklist entries, cost inputs, saved questions, inspection entries and decision briefs.
- • Listing information you import from a link, screenshots or pasted text, kept with a record of where it came from.
- • Your plan and its status, written only by our payment processing.
- • Anonymous product usage events — an event name such as "property_created". These never include addresses, prices, notes or any content you write.
How your data is isolated
- • Everything you save is stored against your account ID and protected by database-level access rules.
- • Those rules are enforced by the database itself, not just the app, so another signed-in person cannot read or change your file even by calling the API directly.
What we do not do
- • We do not sell your data.
- • We do not share your notes, saved homes or estimates with agents, lenders, brokerages or any third party.
- • We do not use the content you write to train models. Listing text and screenshots you import are sent to an AI provider only to organize that specific import, and are not retained for training by us.
Deleting your data
- • You can delete an individual home at any time from its page.
- • You can clear your entire buyer file from Buyer Profile → Your data.
- • To delete your account and everything in it, contact us and we will remove it.
Children
- • BuyerPilot is intended for adults purchasing a home in the United States and is not directed to children.
