Terms of Use
Please read these before relying on anything BuyerPilot shows you.
What BuyerPilot is
BuyerPilot is an educational and organizational toolkit for people buying a home. It helps you record, structure and revisit information you gather yourself. It organizes what you give it — it does not independently verify anything.
What BuyerPilot is not
BuyerPilot is not a real-estate brokerage, mortgage lender or broker, law firm, tax advisor, appraiser, engineer or home inspector. It does not provide financial, mortgage, legal, tax, engineering or home-inspection advice, and it does not replace a licensed professional. Nothing in the product recommends a property, a loan or a course of action.
Estimates and accuracy
Every calculation is a planning estimate derived from assumptions you enter, and may differ substantially from actual figures. Imported listing details are treated as claims made by the listing, not verified facts. You are responsible for confirming anything you rely on with the appropriate professional or official source.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the content you record. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
Plans and billing
The Starter plan is free and allows one saved home. BuyerPilot Plus is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. The Home Purchase Pass is a one-time payment covering twelve months of access. Plan limits are enforced by our systems. If your plan lapses, your data is retained but saving beyond the Starter limit is paused.
Refunds
If BuyerPilot is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for decisions made, or outcomes arising, from your use of the product.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
